4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items (including products marked as final sale or within selected collections)
- Gift cards

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
